What We Do
In-Person Networking
We offer multiple ways to network. Each week has tabletop networking sessions, informational interview tips and visiting recruiters.
All Industries & Backgrounds
People who attend SFG come from a broad background of industries and skill levels. Meet people from your industry and other industries to explore career transition opportunities.
Guest Speakers
We have a diverse group of guest speakers from recruiters to industry experts. Every guest speaker offers information that will help you achieve your career goals.
Resume Help
The SFG leadership team has several experts from a recruiting background. One way they help is by reviewing and optimizing your resume so it gets noticed and, more importantly, has a greater chance of getting through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Visiting Recruiters
SFG invites local recruiters to come and announce jobs at our opening session. They are available to answer questions after the opening session and often speak to our networking groups - perfect for that “Ask Me Anything” of a recruiter.
