About Us
Southlake Focus Group (SFG) members are a broad cross-section of career-minded professionals from multiple industries, companies, skill sets, and backgrounds.
We began with 4 people meeting at the Corner Bakery in Southlake Town Square in 2000. In 2002, we outgrew that location and moved just down the street to White's Chapel Methodist Church.
In 2003 we moved to a larger space at First Baptist Church in Keller due to construction at White's Chapel, moving back to White's Chapel in 2008.
Since 2008, White's Chapel has graciously supported our mission to help those in career transition at no charge. They provide the Southlake Focus Group with outstanding facilities and excellent staff support to enable our success.
A distinctive difference for the Southlake Focus Group are the tens of thousands of people in our Alumni Group. Our Alumni hold positions all across the country and continue to practice H.O.P.E. even after they land their new role.
Our Alumni often post job openings, some of which have yet to be publicly released, providing our members the opportunity to get to the head of the line. And they regularly provide company insight or contacts for our members.

If you are a Job Seeker and want to get back into the into the workforce just as fast as possible, join us on Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM. We are ready to help you succeed in your career transition journey.
If you are a company / individual / recruiter with current open positions, we have a designated time in our weekly meeting for you to provide a brief overview of the opening and if you like, meet one on one with prospective candidates.
